sam's tea shack

SAM'S TEA SHACK is a way station, a place to be fed, a place to laugh. It is a place where the borders erode, where the continuity becomes apparent. It is a place where your day job employer will never find you. 

The Tea Shack is an evolving collaborative creation of Sam Soghor, Ben Gassman, and Meghan Finn. 

In its most recent incarnation the Tea Shack set up at Standard Toykraft in Brooklyn in December 2016, with the support of The Tank. It was furnished and designed by Normandy Sherwood, and tea snacks were generously provided by Shalom Japan. 

Sam and his transportable Tea Shack are available for any and all rituals, including, but not limited to: weddings, confirmations, baptisms, bat and bar mitzvahs, séances, and name ceremonies. Sam's Tea Shack is also available for set up in traveling carnivals, regional theaters, and at Carnegie Hall.
